Why does it matter what time you post on Instagram?

It helps to post at times the market your trying to reach is active.

So if you want to market to west coast of the United States and your on the other side of the world posting when it is midnight here then your market is going to be asleep. There are days and times that are optimal.

Or you can do what I do and set up auto post service and post around the clock to reach a wider audience.
