It is sad that their are so many unkind people on social media. As for the picture in question I am going to assume that you felt good about the picture and that's why you posted it. You know that your hair looked the way you liked it. Really that is all that matters.
As for eyelashes and if they are fake or not, isn't even rude. We all wear fake eyelashes or put on so much mascara that we hope it looks like we do. With all the salons shut down I'm envious of any one who is getting them on the side because a lot of us are out in these streets with sad eyelashes.
When you post a picture you are accepting that you will get both negative and positive reactions. Even super models have haters. Your going to have to work on letting it go.
To help cut those types of reactions down though there are some practices you can follow in your social accounts.
Decide if you want your account public. If you don't want comments turn them private.
Go through your current followers, remove anyone you don't have a personal connection with.
Go through all groups you are associated with. Some groups are going to be more likely to have a rowdy crowd then others. Cut out any that are not needed.
When tagging your pictures think about who it will encourage to view your photos. So for example if your tagging with sexy anything your inviting a certain type of audience.
And when you do get comments you don't appreciate. Block the author of the comment.
Once all of this is done you will probably have like 5 followers left, but they are all your relatives or best friend from grade school. Chances are they won't say anything negative.
