You are able to block patreons and are not expected to be treated inappropriately. I would give the individual a warning one last time. Stating that due to the behaviour if it occurs even one more time it will be grounds for blocking. The very next time it happens, block. And to help others provide the warning communication and the incident that sealed the blocking to Patreon staff so they can block him from continuing his behaviour with others.
