Question: How Do I Recover Permanently Deleted Photos

I'm not sure what part of permanently deleted is confusing. I'm assuming you have checked recently deleted so that means they were deleted over 30 days ago.

So if they have been permanently deleted. Your options are to check your storage accounts.

Did you create an iCloud or Dropbox or any storage account when you got the phone? There should be an iCloud account at the least. The phone should be doing backups periodically. That would be my first stop on the search.

Is your phone set to create backups? Where are they stored? What did you include in the back up? You can access these backups via the cloud storage and restore the back up or download to a service so you can view the info.

This is assuming you have access to this information because it's your phone. If it isn't stop snooping and leave it alone.
